User deposits routed through The Hive ultimately sit in the underlying integrated dApps. If any of those protocols were ever exploited or compromised, user funds could be at risk.

The Hive actively monitors these dApps and aims to reduce exposure to potential issues, but we cannot guarantee the prevention, recovery, or mitigation of losses if an integrated protocol experiences an exploit. All integrated dApps and supported by reputable teams and investors, but they still carry inherent smart-contract risk.

The Hive is designed so that deposits do not sit with The Hive itself. All funds move directly between the user and the integrated dApps, which reduces the attack surface and limits The Hive’s exposure to protocol-level failures.
